1. How long does it take to get my Power Blendz Turnkey Starter Kit?
Your PB Starter Kit will arrive in 2-3 weeks. This is provided that your account has been successfully set up, payment has been received, and there are no custom marketing requests.
2. When I order, sometimes I am shown multiple shipments information. What does this mean?
Sometimes when you checkout, you will see multiple shipments. If you order Power Blendz powders and supplement additives, these will come from one particular warehouse location nearest to your state location. If you also purchased a Power Blendz hat or shirt, these are stored in our warehouse in Massachusetts. So, you will see a second shipment in the checkout screen. This is done so that when you finalize your order, the powders and additives order gets emailed directly to the warehouse nearest you and the hat and shirt order gets emailed directly to the Massachusetts warehouse. This ensures that your items are shipped on the same day for faster delivery for your convenience.
3. What is my username and password? Why does my old username and password not work in the new shopping cart?
Due to the large amount of accounts Power Blendz has and due to much more detailed information handling in the new shopping cart, we have altered the usernames. All usernames will be your primary email address. The passwords have basically stayed the same.
*PLEASE NOTE: We have setup all of the accounts in the new shopping cart. Please do not setup a new account if you already set one up in the old shopping cart system. We will be glad to give you your login information. Please call 559-334-7363, 814-248-3402, or 559-786-0095 and we will assist you. This will reduce multiple accounts for the same person in the new cart reducing clutter and ensuring that all Power Blendz Sales Reps get their correct commissions. Power Blendz greatly thanks you for your cooperation with this.
4. I am a Power Blendz Reseller and have multiple juice bar, coffee, and/or gym locations. When I place an order, how will I be able to select which location the order needs to be shipped to?
The new Power Blendz shopping cart has a great new feature that will allow you to have your own address book in the cart itself and this is another reason why you only need one account. Once you add all of your store locations they will always be available when you place an order. When you are checking out, simply choose the location you need your order shipped to and you're done!
5. How can I get commissions on sales?
Power Blendz wants to reward everyone for spreading the word about our incredible product line. We are growing at a very fast rate across the United States and already have over 120 locations! So, to get started, we will be posting a link on the Power Blendz home page in the left menu that will say "New Power Blendz Operators". You will be able to follow this link to get started. By setting up an account, you will get commissions on all orders that come in that were referred by you. Please contact us for more information.
